Rs 1000 cr worth of Statues of Mayawati

The politicians think that the people of India are sheer fools as nobody will question them on self promotions spree. Why should the nation allow poloitician like Mayawati spend Rs 1000 cr on her own statues in Uttar Pradesh.

Rs 1000 cr can be better utilized for either education, health and poverty elivation?

Why is Mayawati so sure that she will remembered for her statues and not her work?

Why she is so sure that people will forget her?

Why has Mayawati started her statue erection spree now?

The answer lies in the realization in the caste politics player like Mayawati that the people have started rejecting the caste based politics.

But the bigger question is how come the fourth estate and judiciary allow such waste of tax payers money?

Why no public interest litigation has been filed till now?

Mayawati has once agin proved that she is a short term player and is there to make hay when the Sun shines.

Did Michael Jackson suffer from inferiority complex?

Starting his career at the age of Five with his sibling and duly assisted by his father and then catapulted to popular horizon as the "King of Pop" he never could overcome the fact of his black skin and Big Nose.

With the right attitude to make it to the top and music in his blood he made to the top of world music at a breakneck speed. With wealth unimaginable any black musician in those days Jacko wanted to get past his black skin.Though at the top of he suffered from inferiority complex which made him go for serial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty.

The inferiority complex made him go through all abuses uncalled for his stature.
The problem with most of the human being is that they strive top reach their pinnacle and then true character and misguided nature takes on them.
At this stage in their life they need a true Guru who can guide them in efforts towards character building. However the irony is instead of Guru people like Jacko search for publicists, plastic surgeon and for them who can make him in stay in oxygen chamber on a belief of immortality.

Though Michael Jackson was the cult he could have better had he looked towards India.

India and its culture helps smooth ens the roughness of poverty as well the calms the nerves of the successful persona's.

World can beat India economically but never spiritually ..

Long Live India and may God give Peace to the Wacko Jacko's soul!!

Reservations how long will this farce go on ?

Article 341 clause(1) have given the Reservation as a birthright to the scheduled class people.

Articles 14 to 18 of the Indian Constitution have been devoted to the Right to Equality. This right ensures social and political equality to the citizens of India. The Right to Equality means the following things:
(a) Article 14 guarantees to all persons equality before the law and equal protection of laws within the territory of India. This Article asserts the supremacy of law or Rule of law.
(b) Every citizen irrespective of his status is subject to the same law and the same courts. Any law which is discriminatory in its character will be held unconstitutional.
(c) According to Article 15 the state shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth.
(d) The citizens will not be subjected to any disability on any of the above mentioned grounds in regard to access to shops, hotels, places of public entertainment or the use of wells, tanks, ghats, roads and other public places wholly or maintained out of state funds.
(e) Article 16 has guaranteed equality of opportunity in matters relating to employment or appointment to public services to all citizens irrespective of religion, race, sex, descent, place of birth or residence.
(f) Article 17 has declared untouchability in any form as unconstitutional.
(g) Article 18 has laid down that no titles, not being military or academic distinction, shall be conferred by the State.
(h) But nothing in the above Article 16 will prevent the state from making any provision for the reservation of appointments or posts in favor of any backward class of citizens which, in the opinion of the State, is not adequately represented in the services under the State.
The Constitution has bestowed the right of equality on each and every citizen of India however it has made provisions which is direct conflict with the right to equality.

Reservation to anybody who has an handicap in terms of opportunity due to bad economic conditions since generations should be welcome.
If the reservation in terms of caste, sub caste, religion, etc must be replaced with reservations for the economically backward criteria will take care of all objections and will removed grudges against any community.

However the political setup will maintain the status quo as it take care of their vote bank.
As they say Justice should not be just done but it must seem to be done, the economic criteria will suffice to this logic.

These vultures will raise the political bandwagon for reservations on the basis of caste, etc but will not allow the 33% reservations for women in parliament.

Also many of the first and second generation reservation beneficiary have arrived in life and but still their progeny's keep on enjoying the benefits and finally it their own community members who suffer from this attitude.

If reservations is such a necessity why are the champion of theses causes not getting it for the Supreme court judges, armed forces chiefs, premier scientific institutions, cricket team, the Prime Ministerial positions, etc?

Affirmative actions as touted by many votaries of reservation causes should also keep in mind that it must be also on the basis of economic conditions and not caste or religion.

How long will the legislature and judiciary keep on fooling the actual needy people with their vote bank policies?

Glowsign Boards is nothing but an Active Sales Tools

A good brand recall is always a valuable asset for the company and its services.

Glowsign boards popularly known as GSBs play a very important role in making prospective customers to use your services.

It actually plays the role of an active sales person without any human intervention.

This is only possible if and if the GSB communicates the branding value which the customers aspires for.

Say premium brand with a shoddy and dirty GSB deters consumers..at least this is true in case of first time consumers.

In India many of the branded GSBs are not maintained at all by the retailers or the company it belongs to.

As a result the image of the company is belittled in the eyes of the consumers.

In many retail outlets the GSBs are not visible due to illmaintanence or not present there at all.Because of this scenario it has been observed these type of outlets hardly get any new customers and steadily the total walk ins reduces and the consumers are being continuously being enticed by the new ones.

The American Marketing Association defines a brand as a "name, term, sign, symbol or design, or a combination of them intended to identify the goods and services of one seller or group of sellers and to differentiate them from those of other sellers.

Therefore it makes sense to understand that branding is not about getting your target market to choose you over the competition, but it is about getting your prospects to see you as the only one that provides a solution to their problem.

The objectives that a good brand will achieve include:

Delivers the message clearly
Confirms your credibility
Connects your target prospects emotionally
Motivates the buyer
Concretes User Loyalty

If brand plays such an important role in consumer connect why do many of the marketing treat them as "costs".

Do we realize that GSBs which play an important and frontline role in branding is given such a step motherly treatment?

When will the marketers treat GSB like an "Investment" instead of "Cost"?

Indians and Chinese are coming...Americans beware

This appeal by Barack Obama to the Americans about Indian and Chinese kids spending more time in schools than playing video games can be appeal to the American parents and citizens but it is a also a warning to the Indian people.

What America is going through will be treaded by us in some years to come?

Even though the times have not come in India when all the kids have become video junkies and gaming zombies but the fight for the coveted possession in Indian homes i.e.the Remote control has began.

The Indian parents have started losing the war of remote to their dear children. The soaps the favourite of the better halves and news and cricket channels the favourites of the lesser halves have given way to Nicks,Cartoon Networks,Hungamas, etc

A study by Dr. Iman Sharif, Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Montefiore and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He and his team found that children who are allowed to watch TV whenever, and for as long as they want to, have poorer school performances than their peers who do not spend too much time in front of the TV. Moreover, kids who are allowed to watch all types of TV programs without any restriction have even poorer school results.

In order to find out how watching TV and video games affect school performances and results of children, researchers interviewed about 4,500 middle-school aged children. Scientists found that watching TV or playing video games during weekend did not influence their grades at school.

On the other hand, watching TV or playing video games during weekdays had a bad influence on kids' results at school. 50% of those who said they did not watch TV or play video games in week days said they had excellent school performances, as compared to only 35% of those who admitted they watch TV or play video games during week-time for 1 to 3 hours daily.

"Taking time away from homework results in poorer school performance. Not only does TV take time away from homework, it takes away from learning sports and learning how to be active to help maintain good health. It sets children up for a sedentary adult life," pinpointed Dr. Brenda Kohn, Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the New York University School of Medicine.

The condition of Indian parents is pathetic in the sense that today's kids are better bold and more knowledgeable as far as Internet,Gamings, etc are concerned.

The Indian parents feel proud to their neighbours how their kid taught them "Google search",etc..but they don't realize that there are many things these kids don't tell their parents.

The sedentary lifestyle without any physical exercise have made them more prone to lifestyle diseases at very early stages.

Also the way kids prefer more flamboyant professional educational streams made Science and Maths students feel like "Lallus".

The development of scientific temper enshrined in our constitution is hardly practised in any of India.

We Indians should take cognisance's of what Obama is preaching their children rather being feeling fake proud about ourselves..

Lets Obama's call be a Wake up call for the Indian childrens, parents and intelligentsia...

Pakistan army helping the people to raise against Taliban and Indian stabbed Australian ...

Now comes the news of Pakistan army helping the people of war ravaged territories of Swat and other effected areas.
What Pakistan is doing is nothing wrong but the way they make the people take arms against Taliban will make them defeat Taliban today. But will the Pakistan army disarm the people who have taken arms against Taliban...or Pakistan is again on the path of creating a new "Taliban".May be who knows this can be ploy to ask for aid from America and other International donors.
India beware this is nothing but conspiracy of Pakistan to keep the Kashmir issue burning and India on tenterhooks forever...

Backlash from Indian diaspora in Australia against continuous atrocities is natural.
However this can flare into a major diplomatic imbroglio in near future.
One thing which amazed me is the non committal attitude of Indian Government on this racial issue.
Is the GOI also suffers from some inferiority complex or are afraid on some other account?
The best way for any nation to be on the top of the situation is to provide the large India markets and barter for technologies hitherto unavailable in India but are critical for our long term development.

Hope the GOI wakes up from its deep slumber and take cognizance of the racial abuses against Indian student...

Collective consciousness of people can change the world

Two headlines which attracted my consciousness are

Taliban will never be defeated and Pakistanis avenge mosque blast, attack Taliban ...

One Colonel Imam of Pakistan Intelligence Agency who is supposed to have trained terrorist like Mullah Omar and participated in the war against Russians and was duly rewarded by the American regime believes that "Taliban will be never be defeated".

The prime question is who should defeat the Taliban..is it the Americans,Afghan/Pakistan Government or who???

Who is finally paying the price of this so called war between Taliban and American?

American government pays by lives of soldiers and gets in return the various other benefits like its expansionist culture(economic benefits included) which takes care over their control of greater part of the world.

However it is the people of the war torned region like Swat or Afghanistan who are bearing the brunt of the bloody war.A generation of the affected people will grow as uneducated, jobless, second rate citizens of future..their only achievement will be memories of war...sleepless nights with gun battles and bombardment which if their families got in the crossfire will wipe them off this world and the many survivors will maimed and will just become fodder for these war mongers and beggars in front of the Pakistan and American armies.

How long can a common man-citizen of country go through such a hell without any direct benefit which will help the common man to think of a better humane life?

Why should a common man lose his life and peace for some cause which he is not remotely linked with?

Why should a common man who just wants his daily bread become fodder for some one's thinking ?

Enough is enough when one part of the world is enjoying the life of plenty why should the other part suffer from scarcity?

When the war mongers enjoy all their lives socioeconomic benefits why should the common man suffer??

The question is can he change his life or spend his life in abject poverty and slavery?

Yes ..if he thinks he can ..

The sufferer must think why a few thousand warring groups control the lives of millions..

This will keep on happening till the time every common man is thinking of himself against the few thousand...Just think if the million common man rise against the rogue groups like Taliban or anybody who is sucking the blood of people with no say..

When hundreds of subjugated common man band together and raise their voice and arms what can Taliban do..except to get killed or scoot away ..leaving and forgetting their so called religious ideology and dogmas behind.

Common man ..the not only common thing about them is their common cause ..there common struggle for daily living...their common goal for a trouble free life enjoyed by a few should become theirs also...Rise against this bloody culture for you have to live and contribute to this world peace...

Kaha hai apna Raj?

Where were all those Indian zealots when the Australian hooligans were beating the Indian students black and blue?

Are we Mumbaites getting being paid in the coin?
All the daredevils who have chased our own countrymen from the commercial capital of India must now show the way out to our fellow countrymen in Australia.

Why are these so developed countries now fearing the so called third world nations like India?

Where are the developing countries gyan of liberalizations of economy when they needed huge markets like India?

Now when the Dragons and Elephants and Tigers have woken, these developing countries want to continue what suits their agendas and objectives.

The times have changed when the emerging economies like India and Brazil must demand all Veto rights in UN or else abolish all such apartheid policies which discriminates nations on the basis of military power, etc.

Let the UN be democratised first and any issue must be resolved with majority and not with Veto powers.

As Indians lets capitalize on our middle class population and go for Reverse Capitalism!!
