The leg workers have brains too..

What does an organization do when the question of survival starks on their face?

1)The head honcho may try to solve the problem himself.

2)If not possible then max he will call his coterie and discuss the matter with them.

3)If no results flow then he will call the Senior management team to the boardroom to ponder ,discuss, mull over the issue.

But the real problem in most of such circumstances is that all the above stakeholders are the part of the problem.

Can they think beyond their routine thought process?

Now cut to a situation of our Indian home.
The moment a problem arises there will be lot of hue and cry.
Once the dust settles the entire family put their head to resolve the issue on the dinning table or in the living room. The smallest to the dumbest member also puts his thought in front of the family. These days the young member being educated and seen the world and many a times shows some flashes of brilliance.

But alas in corporate world the people downward are hardly invited to be the part of the solution. The reason is that the "leg workers can't think".

However these leg workers are our ears and eyes in the market. Not listening to them is hara kiri nobody should attempt. In this scenario the Human Resource department of the organization plays an important role in making the frontliners to join hands in helping the organization.
The people who brought down many corrupt dictators and ruthless self elected persons around the world can also be part of the solution in any organization.

Have faith and believe "the legworkers have brains too"...
