Be healthy and stay fit

Important Health tips:

1)Answer phone by Left ear

2)Don't take medicine with cold water

3)No heavy meals after 5 pm

4)Drink more water in morning and less at night

5)Best sleeping time is from 10 pm to 4 am

6)Do not lay down immediatley after taking medicine

7)When your phone battery is low to the last bar,do not answer phone calls as the Radiation is 1000 times more than normal
